Return Policy

We're sorry the items didn't work out for you! We'll be happy to accept your items back within 10 days for store credit. Please ensure that your item is UNWORN, free of any odors or stains, and is in re-sellable condition,(including all paperwork, packaging, accessories) with tags attached.  It must also be in the original packaging.

We will NOT accept any package that does not meet these requirements. Customer is responsible for all reshipment fees. 

Eligible returned items  will only be accepted for Store Credit. Absolutely no refunds will be given. 

Please allow 5-7 business days for us to process your return.

All swimwear, any Discounted items 40% OFF or more, Sequins, WHITE clothing, Bodysuits and accessories are final sale.

**Please Note: All original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. A restocking fee will be applied on orders that are refused by the customer at the time of delivery or returned due to an "un-deliverable" address. The customer will also cover any redelivery costs. We are not responsible for USPS not being able to deliver a package due to an address issue, or them not having a secure place to deliver the package.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.


To initiate a return please use the MAKE A RETURN tab at the bottom of our website. You do not need to wait for instructions from us to send it back. Items must be sent back to PuteriaXO Boutique within 10 days of the customer having received the package. Eligible items will only be accepted for store credit. Absolutely no refunds will given. 


 Because we can't ensure the style/size required will be available by the time returned items come back to us, we are unable to accommodate exchanges.

PuteriaXO is not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns. 



If you receive an item that appears to be damaged or incorrect please email and be sure to include *your first/last name, order number and a photo of the item*. Email inquiries must be received within 48 hours of receiving the item. . Any items reported after 48 hours will not be accepted for review.


I washed my item and now it is damaged!!

We recommend following the washing instructions on the label attached inside the item.  Once an item has been worn or washed, we will no longer accept your claim or return. Ownership transfers completely from our business to consumer as soon as the item is worn or washed (whichever is done first). No exceptions. 


We kindly ask that you inspect all items before wearing or washing. 


I only wore my item once or a few times can I still return if it damages, find a defect, or no longer like it?

We will not be able to accept your return, issue a refund, or store credit for an item that has been worn or washed. 


Returns for store credit are only made if we sent you the wrong size, color, style, etc. We do not process refunds to original payment. All returns must be sent back to our P.O. Box address within 10 days of receiving the item. All approved returns are issued store credit, in the form of E-Gift Card code.
